My Three Wives Are Beautiful Vampires by Victor_Weismann

Now obviously the three Vampire Count's daughters (who Victor originally marries when he becomes a vampire): Violet Snow, Ruby Scarlett, Sasha Fulger. Due to some circumstances involving Victor absorbing Adonis' soul and having it be an important part of himself as a progenitor, he ends up marrying Agnes Snow (Violet's mother) due to that being part of Adonis' soul as well. Scathach Scarlett is a lover and will be married basically, but they have to wait for Victor to get strong enough for them to fight and decide who is the dominant one in their relationship. Annasthashia Fulger (Sasha's mom) is literally about to confirm her relationship physically with Victor and they're at a similar level as Scathach's relationship (lovers). Then there are his maids (Kaguya, Eve, Bruna, Maria, Roberta) who are like a step lower than everyone else, and I can't bother to explain all of their detailed relationships with him (Roxanne technically has their souls connected, therefore married but currently his maid because of it being difficult to mention to Victor's wives). Then there are potential love interests in order of likelihood, such as Eleonor Adrasteia (mutual interest + attraction), Mizuki (one-sided interest from her), Aphrodite (only interest and attraction from her), Leona Lykos (she hasn't been mentioned at all since the first time they met after Victor became a vampire though - only her being attracted), and the Witch Queen's daughter (forgot her name). I used the wiki to be able to spell their names correctly and check if I was right, but yeah that should be all. There are obviously others who are attracted to him due to his (Adonis) beauty but I am too lazy to explain any further.
