Shit, a waste of time. The beginning is interesting, but further worse. First, some kind of delusional sense of justice appears, then you understand that the author simply scored to try to explain the financial and administrative part of what was happening. Destroyed half of all who controlled almost all stores in the city, having paralyzed food supplies for an unknown time? No problem! The author will decide everything for you. It is very ridiculous to observe an idiot who thinks that justice is achieved by killing villains. And then the protagonist really scored at training and began to manage useless people, whom he hired precisely in order not to do this. In general, I do not recommend reading, simply idiocy.

it was a decent story but the ending was bad and really rushed.

Did anyone make a list of the martial cultivation ranks and cultivators? Could you share? I understood from ninth grade to first grade, the rest I didn't understand and nothing.

I have read all 346 Chapters today. I won't criticize others about their negative opinions, but I really enjoyed reading this novel. I read it from the Chinese website through google translate, and Quality is comparable to the translation version available on ranobes.

Also, there are 1.2728 million words, so you won't have less content because of less chapters.

There were only about 4 or so chapters that I skipped, but that's it. And mind you, I read most of time through google voice assistant, so it's not like I was just skipping through the chapters.

In conclusion, if you like a MC that keep getting stronger throughout the story without any stupidity of Jade Beauty, and young masters encounters then you might like this novel.

For people who might get started getting confuse when reading the novel, I am sharing most of the realms below.

A boring novel. Overpowered MC that is like a machine. No emotion, no interesting side characters, the novel is just bland.

I've read over 170+ chapters of MTL and that's enough. My brain is now... Anyway, imagine an MC who only uses a sword and gets stronger every time he swings the sword, but as he progresses, he gets stronger by killing someone instead of swinging a sword. Okay, that's all this novel, everything else is unnecessary.
Why is it unnecessary? Unfortunately, I don't care for any of the side characters. MC P-up waits for a while, for example, it does not increase its lvl by 1-2-3, it directly increases from 1 to 10, then to 50, and the side characters at lvl 1 suddenly disappear.
This is the same not only in the first chapters but also as it progresses. There is no need to be confused by the name of a character we will see in 1 episode, after all, neither the MC nor us care about him.

If MC had gotten stronger slowly instead of suddenly, maybe the novel could have been 5/10, but since MC was unnecessarily strong in some events, it would have been rated as 3/10 at most.

Read all available chapters (76). It's pretty decent, but it's kinda weird how he can use his Sword Intent and there are lots of issues with the translation which can get annoying.

Basic premise is that everytime he swings a Sword with proper form he gets +1 to Sword Intent. He gets Quests based on the Will of the People which reward him points he can use to make techniques or to increase his Proficiency at a rate of 100 to 1. He can also get these points by killing people with a Sin value that means they have killed innocents before.
He doesn't actually cultivate/practice Martial Arts or Immortality. His body is barely stronger than a normal mortals.

MC himself cares for the ordinary people and despises corrupt officials due to his life before transmigration. He was involved in a car accident where his parents were killed, but the driver was found not guilty due to their connections. MC tried and failed to get justice, so in the end went to the corrupted persons house and blew himself up alongside their family.
That shows exactly how he acts here too. He gives people chances to do the right thing, but if they don't do it then he Attacks and has no issue solving issues by force. He knows that strength is everything, so constantly strives to become stronger. Its nice that he does genuinely care for the normal people here, he's not just doing it for points. He explains his thought process and goals very clearly in Chapter 74 (though idk what the stratification thing he mentions is and googling it didnt seem to help):


Back to the system, he can basically make any technique he wants, provided a high enough level and enough points. These vary wildly from a slash, creating a detection Web around him, flying, tempering his body, summoning lightning etc.
He can also use his Sword Intent to do other things without any techniques, like summon thousands of swords to wipe out weak enemies and even weirder stuff like using it like telekinesis [he uses it to do things like lift up someone who is kneeling to him etc.]

His lack of body cultivation hasn't been that bit of a deal for the most part either. There's one part where he has to use a chair to climb over a wall, but other than that there is no real mention of any difficulties relating to his body, Stamina or reaction time - other than when it comes to him using medicinal baths or the like in order to recover/temper himself somewhat so he can swing his Sword more often.

The translation is the main issue that might stop people from enjoying this though. Alongside the usual issues with pronouns (randomly changing between "he" and "she" when referring to people including the MC), there are also cases of the same sentences being translated slightly differently 2/3 times straight after each other and issues with numbers. The numbers one is really bad since it involves his stats too.
When it comes to his level, once it goes past 10 the stats always seem to miss the first digit from his level - showing as [Sword Intent: Level 4 (23123/24000)] when clearly it is meant to be 24 etc.
There are many times where the number of points he gets are wrong - one chapter says he gets 733 points then showing a few sentences later he only has slightly 136. Another has the reward be 723, then give him 7233 upon completion. He points this one out though and says it seems to be increased by a factor of 10, but even that isn't entirely correct either.

Overall the plot itself is interesting me personally enough to be able to ignore most of these issues, though the numbers being wrong in particular is starting to get to me a bit. I think that if you are the type who doesn't get annoyed by these translation issues, then it would be a good one to try out.
