Legacy of the Dark Sage by Lessyr

Confusing as hell. Couldn't keep up with the story at all.

Very slow. I got bored while reading. The strength of the MC did not interest me. The world did not interest me. The characters did not interest me. Everything is mediocre.

This novel is kinda heavy on the description of the magic system, and tends to switch to different characters perspective quote often. Sometimes too often. The MC is also absurdly blind to his level of intellect and ability even though its glaringly obvious to him.

Biggest issue, though, and the reason why I dropped this novel is because of inconsistencies.

The characters, especially the MC, accumulate inconsistencies as you make your way through the story. They contradict themselves, their personalities are inconsistent, and they do or don't do certain things for no reason but for the author to advance the plot.

So dude is OP.
He learns magic and becomes somewhat efficient but still fights people more powerful than him. Because of the nature of his power (void) he wins alot. He is physically strong. super strong.

For those who are still having second thoughts of reading these novel, I highly recommend you to read this and join the journey of Kyran Regis.

I can't put on words expression or my thoughts about this novel because of my lack of vocabulary, but for those who like to read a revenge genre novel with a genius MC and not a pushover, I highly recommend this.

Para los nuevos e interesados. Sinceramente, esta novela no es una joya, es un diamante. Da igual que leas 5 que 10 que 40 que 100 capítulos, engancha. El mc parece novato pero tiene un gran desarrollo personal. No es tonto ni idiota, es cauteloso (no es nada malo), metódico y de rápida evolución constante. No subestiméis esta novela por favor. 5/5

Seems good, but a pioneer needs to explore these uncharted lands. I’ll do it myself.

Edit: read 10 chapters, it seems interesting but it feels more like a novel when you have nothing else to read(to me) than a great novel
