Noah's gaze was impassive as the moment his mind picked up on the auras of the WORLD Rank Dimensional Ruler and the Overseers below him, he nodded towards Annalisw who actually moved forward first as she approached them while hiding her aura at the World rank.
To them, a girl barely out of her teens would be flying towards them, being a genius at the Platinum Rank at the most as they wouldn't have their guards too high against her!
The target this time was another World Rank Dimensional Ruler known as Charles. His demeanor was that of an important prince overseeing peasant lands as he walked across the glimmering space of the Sublunary Plane, his eyes very quickly picking up on the figure of Annalise as his eyes lit up when he saw her ice cold expression.
Her appearance caused the Overseers that were moving miles away to also look over and begin coming close as the find of another being floating across the void of space meant there was bound to be a Large World or a Realm nearby!
Dimensional Ruler Charles had a light smile as he moved towards Annalise first, the Realm Overseers only watching from a distance as his voice came out powerfully.
"Young Miss, you mind if we talk for a bit?"
With an expression of confidence and strength, Dimensional Ruler Charles went forward as Annalise stopped in place, her icy cold demeanor not changing the least bit as to Charles's entrance, she simply...tapped her finger when he came a few feet near her.

From her finger, ice began to coalesce before it exploded out and bloomed into a glacier with terrifying and destructive ice elements that bloomed to cover the figure of the Dimensional Ruler and all those behind him as it spread for over ten miles!

The void of space was quiet as Annalise let out a tired breath while pulling out a Mana Potion from a storage ring. The eyes of Charles trembled somberly at the ice covering him as he tried to break out, but this was when another being appeared, his eyes flashing a powerful cerulean blue as Ruler's Emenation broke out to release a horrifying pressure that smashed into the minds of the Dimensional Ruler and Realm Overseers.
Freeze them and cut off all communications, and then break their minds.
A simple method, but one that worked regardless as with Noah's immense mental strength, another Dimensional Ruler and those below him were added after a minute!

His mind buzzed with power as he received a positive feedback effect everytime that he subjugated powerful beings, his consciousness only increasing in power as time passed.
But this current reality meant that Noah and Annalise had truly moved and taken down 2 Dimensional Rulers of the Order of Primal Dimensional Rulers in a span of 3 days! After that, it was just a cycle of sending them back to their star and Realm Clusters they oversaw, and then visiting them to delve into the Diamond, Platinum, Soul, and the few World Rank Rifts that rarely appeared.
There was also the Dimensional Ruler Catherine that Noah still went to go see every other day to spar since he had yet to find another Incandescent Fate Treasure Plane even though he was setting aside nearly half the day to go through the Tower of Champions, Shattered Dimensional Planes, and the Infinite Crucible!
The newly unlocked feature of [Abyssal Plane Expedition] was something he didn't touch yet as he first buffed the strength of beings like the Dark King and Alexander who used to control the Continents of the Ethereal Realm among other Subjugated beings, raising a powerful force of Blessed at the same level as him as well as making sure he had a full team of WORLD Rank Units before he did anything.
Under this cycle though...a few days passed!
Subjugating Dimensional Rulers silently, delving into new rifts as many were added to Idle Mode, Tower of Champions and Shattered Planes...Noah repeated this cycle dutifully for the next week as after 7 days passed, there was a shocking new reality as he was already entrenched deeply into the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers.
There were 20 Rulers at the World Rank and 5 at the Star Rank. Silently in the past week with variations of the method that he and Annalise used...meant that 15 of the 20 Dimensional Rulers within the Order of Primal Dimensional Rulers had fantastically switched to becoming subjugated under him silently!
This was the terror of losing their dominion that those at the upper echelons of the three factions were warned about- an enemy that terrifyingly they did not even know was already moving against them!
Fate and chaos could only tell them so much, especially when at this time, the being making the moves had not only comprehended these two laws, but he had actually fully assimilated them in the period of last week.
He could utilize Fate and Chaos to very easily mask his movements so that his enemies never get alerted about his actions or what results they might produce!
But yes! There was the full assimilation of many laws in the last week as with Noah's vast additions of multiple Elemental Dimensional Rifts on top of normal ones after he subjugated so many Dimensional Rulers, the number of Loot Resources coming to him was just disastrous at this point.
It was so disastrous that he had fully finished assimilating multiple laws, and there were more than enough Universal Law Crystals to allow his own little sister to Comprehend and also assimilate multiple Universal Laws!
It was broken, unbelievable, and even he always questioned every time he went to go collect the Loot Resources on whether it should be like this!
Currently, Noah was staring at the expanded Idle Gaming System Interface as he saw the vast number of Dimensional Rifts laid within, each of them glowing with bright golden splendor as he truly came far.
He clicked to collect all the Loot Resources of the hundreds of Dimensional Rifts that were now within idle mode! Just the total number of Exp, Cores and Universal Law Crystals alone was something that would cause anyone to run with fright...

The Elemental Rifts of the Four Elements of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air were in abundance over the many Realm and Star Clusters that Noah currently controlled indirectly, making the loot resources of these Rifts be extremely ridiculous as he was getting enough Water and Air Law Crystals to fully assimilate these laws daily!
This was a ridiculous reality as these Law Crystals were really hard to come by! They were used as the pristine currency in the Empyrean Plane as Noah...was bound to be an extremely wealthy being than even some Conclaves there in just a few weeks if he continued his rate of growth and loot procurement.
His own power...had grown to a shocking level as the boosts from all the laws were simply too tremendous, his status panel displaying some terrifying percentages.

He held +20,000% in boosts in many areas, the laws that he had fully assimilated bubbling within his Origin as they made him feel overly powerful!
The boons of full assimilation were extremely unique, with him being given the title of [Controller] on every law that he assimilated, but what was most unique was that he could currently turn his entire body into pure elemental power of any of the laws he assimilated, and even release a ridiculously powerful Domain of each of these laws as his power would be greatly enhanced within these domains.
The only problem lay with the fact that such actions took an overbearing amount of mana, where even the Mana Potions would sometimes not be enough due to the immense drainage that the abilities required!
All of these gains...were procured in just a week as with the bubbling strength that Noah felt, he was expectantly waiting to achieve the Star Rank and completely subjugate the entire factions of enemies in the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers as he went to do the same for the other 2 factions.
In all the Star and Realm Clusters currently under him, the natives of these worlds did not have to continue farming Rifts with their lives on the line as they shockingly received orders from their Realm Overseers that they had no need to do so, the lives of many beings changing as Noah had already began reformations silently while trying to make sure the new movements of the Subjugated Dimensional Rulers under him were not noticed by the 5 powerful Star Rank Individuals!
The progress...was simply too vast as on top of all of this, he had also been able to move past the 100th floor of the Tower of Champions days ago.
That 100th floor, similar to the 25th and 50th floor...granted him another Inherent Skill!
