As Guide’s analysis appeared, a 3D model of the Iron Soul formed in front of Qi Sheng.
The Iron Soul stood 2.5 meters tall, its dark golden shell covered with transparent glowing lines that flickered with a cold light. Every inch of its body seemed meticulously sculpted, exhibiting both mechanical precision and the fluidity of life.
Its head design was especially unique, resembling a poised hunting leopard. Two glowing red electronic eyes were embedded in place of pupils, and a slightly raised sensor sat at the center of its forehead.
As he manipulated the 3D model, the floating Iron Soul projection rotated. Razor-sharp blades ejected from its fingertips, and the hum of its energy core reverberated from its body.
Zooming in, Qi Sheng observed the seamless integration of biological tissues and metal structures at a microscopic level. The body’s construction was flawless.
“Guide, can you hack and control these things?”
[I’ve tried. I can’t. These mechanical lifeforms are different from Starnet. They don’t seem to have any external connection channels, likely operating on some form of internal local network… Of course, there’s another possibility: these mechanical warriors are protected by Rule Power, making it impossible to control them via neural network intrusion.]
Qi Sheng nodded, shifting his gaze back to the earlier battlefield.
After clearing out the players and Black Tide Evil Entities, the Iron Soul warriors dispersed and stood guard in a vigilant posture. In the sky above, dark red energy ripples suddenly appeared within the black vortex, expanding outward in concentric waves as if accumulating energy.
Under Qi Sheng’s perception mode, countless spiritual ore deposits underground rapidly dissolved upon contact with the beam. The scattered energy from the pulverized ores was contained by the beam and drawn up into the black hole.
The beam resembled a straw plunged into the earth, siphoning spiritual ore energy from deep underground and continuously channeling it to the other side of the spatial vortex.
Seeing this, Qi Sheng cursed inwardly.
In his eyes, the resources of the Emperor’s Mound Mountain Range were already as good as his own. Even if they were devoured by the Black Tide under the Dinian Evil Spirit’s control, they would eventually be converted into sacrificial power for his side via the players, at worst, temporarily stored in the Dinian Evil Spirit’s hands.
But this beam was directly siphoning away all the underground spiritual ore in the Earthfissure Furnace region.

The extraction process lasted for half an hour. When the dark red beam finally dissipated, countless Iron Soul warriors flew up into the rotating spatial black hole.
“Guide, follow them and take a look.” Qi Sheng commanded, driven by curiosity.
Guide obeyed, carrying his consciousness toward the black hole.
Following the Iron Soul warriors through a brilliantly colored spatial tunnel, Qi Sheng was stunned by the scene that unfolded before him.
As his consciousness rapidly zoomed out, he saw a mechanical construct the size of a moon floating above the land. Its shape resembled a planet, entirely composed of metal. Around it, space was constantly torn open, dispatching groups of Iron Soul warriors through black holes to distant regions.
It then emitted collector beams, piercing through the spatial black holes to extract spiritual ore resources from the other side.
Guide’s analysis once again appeared in Qi Sheng’s mind:

Seeing the word ‘Demigod’ under the Mechanical Overlord’s Hunt Level rating, Qi Sheng couldn’t hide his shock.
He had originally intended to investigate which foolhardy force dared plunder spiritual ore resources in the Emperor’s Mound Mountain Range, but he hadn’t expected the opponent to be a demigod-level entity, a mechanical lifeform from another world.
So far, he had only encountered one demigod-level combatant in Monster World.
That was Iceblade, which now remained only as an empty shell.
In other words, the Mechanical Overlord’s strength was on par with Iceblade.
However, compared to Iceblade, this ultimate weapon possessed one tremendous advantage.
It wielded a world rule, granting it the power of Rule Energy.
As for why Guide was able to analyze information from outside Monster World, even extracting the rule traits of other worlds, Qi Sheng was not surprised.
Guide was one of the controllers of Monster World’s four strongest Rules. All material entering Monster World was registered into the World Information Database, which Guide could access and analyze.
It could be understood that Monster World, while in operation, contained a database recording all information. Whenever a new lifeform entered, its information would be logged into the World Information Database, including those from other worlds.
As long as it entered Monster World’s system, it would be analyzed and registered.
As one of the Four Gods who governed Monster World’s operations, one of Guide’s abilities was to consult the World Information Database.
Even when used in other worlds, this Rule Trait remained effective, though the analysis efficiency would be partially impacted and sometimes required forcibly breaching the World Information Database for access.
“Let’s go in for a closer look.”
Under Guide’s escort, his consciousness entered the Mechanical Overlord’s interior, delving deeper and deeper.
The metallic structures along the way were complex and precise, each layer containing energy defense systems that tightly shielded the inner core.
Weapon factories, energy converters, mechanical research labs… To Qi Sheng’s surprise, there was no trace of living beings inside this super weapon.
Engineering Iron Souls, Combat Iron Souls, Medical Iron Souls… Within this massive mechanical fortress, only countless Iron Soul machines operated, as if he had stepped into an empire of metal and circuitry.
“Let’s head for the deepest part.”
Guide abruptly accelerated, piercing through layer upon layer of metal fortifications to reach the Mechanical Overlord’s innermost chamber.
