Chapter 2049: Restraint |
Azief in certain world and certain universe could still be restrained by the rules and laws of that universe.
If Azief master a certain law, for example the law of death and life and then he went to a different universe, something interesting might happen.
For example, in that universe, the law of death and life is slightly different or non-existent, then a complication would arise
In the case of the law is slightly different, Azief would then have to remodify his law of life and death to adapt to that universe rules and laws.
In the case of the law to be non-existent, Azief had to create a reason for that law to exist.
Either bringing about the death or life to that universe hence making it able to possess a certain rudimentary laws of death and life.
But Sovereign are different.
Regardless of which planet, which worlds, which different parallel dimension or universes such a beings goes to, the rules and laws of the world could not bind such a being
Instead, it would be this being that would bring about laws and rules.
This also means that whoever reaches sovereign realm could also nullify laws and bend the laws and rules of the world.
But...those who reached Sovereign realm....which one of them did not train, did not cultivate for thousands and tens of thousands of years and even trillion of years.
Some would accumulate for eons before even have the confidence to try to breakthrough to Sovereign realm
And each time someone wanted to breakthrough to Sovereign realm....there would be a backlash from the world.
No, it is not only the world.
That would not be quite accurate
When you try to break through to Sovereign realm you are trying to be free from everything.
From every restraint, not only in your universe but the Omniverse
No laws and no rules could bind you, unrestrained in the Three realms free from the Five elements
The universe that creature who wanted to break through is in, the Omniverse itself would bring down punishment to that creature.
Add to the world, the heavenly will, the will of the universe that this creature resides in, everything would view that creature as an enemy
Because any birth of Sovereign involves many things.
Since it is a being that disrupt all laws in any universes, hence the Will of the Omniverse would also be provoked.
Any other heavenly punishment would only provoke that world heavenly will. At most the Will of the Universe of that world would be provoked.
But Sovereign...breaking through that realm would bring about the full force of the entire Multiverses, of every worlds, of every dimension and parallel worlds that exists inside the Omniverse come crashing on you.
Sovereigns are a rare breed simply because the amount of energy it requires to birth such a being is enormous.
Not every universe have it.
Even if one look at a mega cluster of a universe, one might not find a Sovereign equivalent powerhouse in that mega cluster of universes.
At most there might be histories in the ancient past where a Sovereign might be born there.
Essence Creation realm being could still be seen in some mega cluster of universe that is full of life.
Disk Formation while it is rare in certain universe if one look at it from the viewpoints of the Omniverse there is many.
But Sovereign.
This is a being that rarely could be birthed.
Even if one tries to nurture it, it would not work.
Since Sovereign is a personal experience.
While there is a guide, in the end, at that last step, you have to be the one that take that last step and the difference between life and death depends on the heart and soul of the creature that is in that tribulation
The wisp of breath of a Sovereign could reduce worlds to ashes or breathe life into a lifeless dark space.
Hence, one could only imagine the kind of energy that is needed to birth such a being. It would plunder and it would absorb the world energy to the utmost
In some cases, a magical universe would then be deprived of any magical energy and would then be demoted into a world without magic
There is many of such cases.
After a few million or trillion of years, the energy would recovered and then the world would find itself in a resurgence of magic energy again.
But they probably could not have thought that millions or trillion of years ago, someone from tehri world attain godhood and plunder their world of fortune, luck and energy.
Earth however is different.
Probably because of its limitless energy, there is no such problem. There is an abundance of Disk Formation leveler, and there is even three or more Divine Comprehension realm leveler.
In some worlds and in some universe having only one Divine Comprehension realm being is enough to protect the safety of that universe.
Earth has three or more Divine Comprehension realm and even have one Essence Creation realm being.
It is filled with talent.
Almost absurdly strong in terms of offensive power.
If Earth could be made into a fighting card, its offensive stat would be high up the top if one considered all of these levellers as the soldiers of Earth.
What took other worlds trillion of years or even eons to replenish, might take only a few hundred years for the people of this world
But even if that is so, there is another part of this ascension that made Sina worries.
It is the tribulations.
Once Azief started his Sovereign breakthrough, there would be tribulations.
What tribulation would he have to endure?
This question, she doesn’t know. It is different for each one.
And there are many more bones of being that failed than the stories of those who succeed.
Those who succeed would always leave a name in the starry skies.
But those who had failed, their name is forgotten and their accomplishment turns to dust.
Sina knows all of this. And this is what she is thinking when she is berating Azief. Azief did not know what Sina is thinking right now. But even if he knew, would he care? At this point, after all of this preparation it is already clear what Azief wanted to do
He would not joke around about this.
Before she was angry because she thought Azief had changed to a heartless machine.
A kind of ruler who does not care at all about the people that believe in him.
The kind of rulers that is adept at playing with human hearts.
That he would not care how many people would die.
Azief is not some kind of mere mortal.
He already possess godlike power.
There is no need to play this mortal game of intrigues and plots or court politics.
There is no need for someone like Azief to play it.
Those who plays courts politics, having to compromise, having to push around and being pushed around is precisely because everyone is mortal and every mortal has some weakness and have to do some give and take.
There is a need for compromise.
But for a godlike being like Azief, there is no need to incite war.
Even if he has to incite war, he could have crafted an illusion to teach them something.
But letting them kill each other just because he wanted his subordinate to learn....was not something that Sina wanted to see Azief become.
It is not Sina didn’t know of this kind of method.
The method of raising the most poisonous, the strongest.
Put it in a jar and let them fight each other.
The one who survives is the strongest.
Some sick people think of human lives as nothing more than something that is cheap.
But each life has a soul.
Before, this is just something people say and there is no definitive proof of it.
But in this world of magic, soul magic exist.
If soul magic exist then soul existed.
There is a complication about soul magic. Or soul in particular.
Unlike how many magic was displayed in media before the fall, the most erroneous representation of magic is about soul magic. In comic, in television, in media that catered to fantasy genre, soul magic is something people could learn easily. It is harder of course but everyone seem to treat soul magic as something that could be mastered.
And sometimes even born with some kind of soul magic.
Well, some beings are born attuned more to the resonance of the soul more than others but this did not mean it is easy to master soul magic.
Soul magic or soul manipulation, soul searching all of this in many media or writing seems something that is like a prerequisite when you reach a high realm.
However, in this reality, even Azief who had reached Essence Creation realm would find it hard to say that he master soul magic.
Those who lived in such a magical world, one of the hardest discipline of magic to master is to master the soul
Hence, there is title of Death Monarch. There is title of Time Monarch. Illusionist Archmage, Earthshaker and even Thunder Monarch.
But no Soul King, or Soul Monarch. Those who could master the Soul magic could not be found
And the implication of having a soul should frighten these people without a soul.
Yet, there is many cruel people in the world.
She did not want Azief to be someone like that. When she had the suspicion that Azief become corrupted, there is not only anger, there is also fear.
