Chapter 408: Immovable Library (first update)

If the Devil World had a television station, it would probably be a big piece of news that would reach the diplomatic level.

However, judging from the fact that he only brought two elderly spell casters with him this time, it did not seem like he was here for diplomatic purposes, but more like he was here for fun.

“When I was heading to the portal to the demon world, I saw the Na ‘vi depicted in your paintings. If they did not address me as your majesty, I might have thought that this mysterious race really lived in the demon world.”

Coronado III looked around at the set of “Avatar”. Due to the break in the afternoon, the illusions arranged on the set had disappeared. At first glance, it looked like a stage scene made of cardboard.

“Ahem… Those are all illusions, Your Majesty.”Jose turned around and began to introduce the purple-clothed man standing behind him. “Allow me to introduce, this is one of the Seven Sages of Nolan, the purple-clothed merors.”

Crondon III walked in front of the purple-clothed man and gave a mage’s salute.

“I didn’t expect that it was actually an illusion created by you, Sage merors!”! “When I was young, I was fortunate enough to listen to the white-clothed person’s ‘summary of the high order runes’and your ‘spiritual and magical connection’. Both of those lessons gave me great inspiration.”

The voice of the king was filled with humility, including the two old spellcasters who had followed the king to this place. They also gave a solemn mage salute to the purple-clothed person.

At this moment, Jose realized how much influence Nolan’s seven sages had in this world. Each of them represented the peak of human magic attainments.

For so many years, almost all the spellcasters from various countries had gone to Nolan to study. It was a holy place that every spellcaster in the world yearned for.

“That was more than ten years ago. Your Majesty Crondon, you don’t have to be so courteous.”

The purple-clothed person recognized the person in front of her as the king of Faroese. Ever since Nolan came to the set of “Avatar,”very few actors in the Black Swan Theater could recognize her.

Perhaps in the eyes of the actors in the Black Swan Theater, the purple-clothed person was just a powerful illusion spellcaster, and they did not associate her with the sage Nolan.

If it was the yellow-clothed person, the situation might have been completely different.

This also reminded the purple-robed man how little importance illusion magic had in this world.

“Soon, the world will be shocked by the illusion created by the sage Herlous, right?”Crondo III never expected that during the filming of this movie, Jose would actually be able to invite a noble sage.

“The performances of the actors from Faroese and Nolan are also indispensable. The most important thing is that the world that Jose constructed is far beyond my imagination.”

The purple-clothed person brought the topic to Jose.

She had to admit that when she first saw the script of “Avatar”, she was not interested in the content of the story. What she was really interested in was the world that Jose constructed after 300 years.

The steel battleships that soared in the sky, the mechanical puppets that could accommodate humans, the machines that could perform soul conversion… all the magical machines in the future mentioned in the script.., it completely lit up the purple-clothed person’s imagination.

It was not until the purple-clothed person began to construct these illusions that he realized that these illusions were not simply fabricated.

Whether it was the planet Pandora or the future magical machinery, there was logic to it. There was even a unique sense of beauty that allowed the purple-clothed person to enjoy it.

“The script of ‘Avatar’is indeed like the planet Atlas that was obtained from the hands of the god of creation. Madam Cesar being able to find this young playwright and director is really beyond the description of luck.”

As he spoke, Crondo III’s gaze fell on Joshua.

“Is this what you mean by ‘Business bragging’?”Hiri lowered his voice again and said to Joshua.

“Probably.”Joshua nodded and then intervened in the conversation between the king and the purple-robed man.

“Your Majesty, there is a book called ‘The Diary of the heretic Judge’in the magic net immovable library. The author is a judge who defected from the trial court. That book has recorded all the details of the heretic trial court in detail.”

Joshua did not waste any time and directly told Crondon III what he wanted.

“Fixed Library?”

Without waiting for Joshua to continue, Crondon III waved his hand and opened the Spellcaster Forum on the weave. Then, he directly opened the fixed library section.

“The Spellcaster Forum can leave traces of its own words with inscriptions. Rather than saying that it’s a fixed library, it’s more like a library that faces all users of the weave all over the world!”

Crondon III swept his gaze across the Motionless Library’s section. With the passage of time, more than a hundred books had appeared there. The number of daily updates and replies were around twenty books.

Most of them were mainly stories and biographies.

The Journal of the Heretic Inquisitor was now considered to be the first book in the Motionless Library’s section. The author, Sister Skartan, who was also the Inquisitor, Miss Cheryl, was updating the journal at the rate of two days a day.

Unfortunately, the immovable library currently did not have a complete payment system for manuscripts. Miss Judge wrote books purely based on love. However, Joshua also knew that authors who relied on love to write would starve to death on the streets! ! ! !

Therefore, every month, Joshua would ask Madam Marina to send a ‘payment’to this nun. Similarly, the payment was also received by this sister’s friend, a nun named Denise, she had created two books in the immovable library.

As for the books written by Denise… Joshua did not have a good opinion of them, but they were very popular in the immovable library, and even caused some waves.

In short, the immovable library was growing. After Joshua finished shooting “Avatar,”perhaps it was time to consider turning it into a regular novel website.

“Joshua.”After spending half an hour reading through the contents of “The diary of the Heretic Inquisitors,” He suddenly looked up. “Can I turn this book inscribed on the magic web into a real book?”

“Your Majesty, are you referring to… publication?”Joshua translated the king’s somewhat awkward stage-like lines.

“Yes, this book not only records the secrets of the judges, but also tells the story of a young girl who struggles with her fate. It’s like a beautiful but sad poem. I think this book has the potential to become a piece of paper that can be touched by people,”said Coronado III.

“UH… HMM…”

Jose felt that it was necessary to formalize the immovable library.

“I’ll ask the author of the book. She’s in Nolan right now, and it’s about identifying the judge…”

“If the Demon Realm had a television station, this would likely be a major news story, reaching diplomatic levels.

However, judging from the fact that he only brought two elderly mages this time, it seems he's here more for leisure than diplomatic purposes.

“Whence I traversed the portal to the Demon Realm, mine eyes beheld the Na’vi, as depicted in your wondrous paintings. Had they not addressed me as ‘Your Majesty,’ I might have deemed this mystical race denizens of this very realm!”

Klund III surveyed the “Avatar” set. The afternoon break had dissolved the illusions, leaving a stage of mere cardboard.

“Ahem… Mere illusions, Your Majesty.” Joshua turned and presented the Purple Sage. “Allow me to introduce one of Norland’s Seven Sages, the illustrious Purple Sage Mellors.”

Klund III swept forward, offering a majestic mage's salute.

“Sage Mellors! To think, these visions sprang from your very artistry!”

“In my youth, I was privileged to partake of the White Sage’s ‘Summary of High-Order Runes’ and your own ‘Spiritual and Magical Connection.’ Both, I confess, were beacons of inspiration.”

The king's voice resonated with humility. The two elderly spellcasters, his retinue, echoed his salute.

At this juncture, Joshua grasped the profound influence of Norland’s Seven Sages. Each stood as a paragon of human magical achievement.

For epochs, spellcasters from every land had journeyed to Norland, a hallowed sanctuary of magic.

“Those lectures are relics of a decade past. Your Majesty Klund, such courtesy is needless.”

The Purple Sage recognized the King of Farucci. Since their arrival on the “Avatar” set, few Black Swan Theater actors had discerned her true stature.

To them, she was merely a potent illusionist, not the Sage of Norland.

Had the Yellow Sage been present, the reception might have differed. This underscored the world’s undervaluation of illusion magic.

“Soon, the world shall be awestruck by Sage Mellors’s creations, yes?” Klund III marveled at Joshua’s sage patronage.

“The performances of Farucci and Norland’s actors are vital. Yet, it is Joshua’s world, born of his imagination, that transcends all expectations.” The Purple Sage steered the conversation to Joshua.

She admitted that the “Avatar” script, at first, held little allure. It was the world, envisioned three centuries hence, that ensnared her.

The sky-borne steel behemoths, the human-nested mechanical constructs, the soul-transmuting machines—all the futuristic wonders, they ignited her imagination.

Only in their creation did she perceive their verity.

Pandora, the future’s marvels—each bore logic, each possessed a unique, captivating beauty.

“The ‘Avatar’ script, methinks, is akin to the world Atlas, a gift from the very gods. Madam Schroder’s discovery of this youthful playwright and director is a stroke of unparalleled fortune.”

Klund III’s gaze settled on Joshua.

“Is this, perchance, what you term ‘business bragging’?” Ciri whispered to Joshua.

“Likely.” Joshua nodded, rejoining the royal discourse.

“Your Majesty, within the Magic Net’s roaming library, a tome titled ‘The Diary of the Heresy Inquisitor’ awaits. Its author, a defector from the Heretical Tribunal, records their secrets in detail.”

Joshua, with haste, imparted his purpose.

    “Roaming library?”

Without pause, Klund III conjured the Mage Forum, navigating to the roaming library. “The Mage Forum, wherein users inscribe their thoughts, is less a library, and more a global repository for all who weave!”

Klund III surveyed the collection. Hundreds of tomes, with daily updates, awaited.

Mostly, they were tales and biographies.

“The Diary of the Heresy Inquisitor” reigned supreme. Its author, Sister Skartan (Miss Cheryl), updated it with regularity.

Alas, the library lacked a payment system. Miss Cheryl wrote from passion. Joshua, however, knew passion alone could not sustain an author!

Therefore, he tasked Melina with monthly ‘payments’ for the nun. Her friend, Denise, also a contributor, received similar patronage.

Joshua, though skeptical by Denise’s works, acknowledged their popularity.

The library grew. After “Avatar,” a formal novel website was in order.

“Joshua.” After half an hour with “The Diary of the Heresy Inquisitors,” Klund III spoke. “This Magic Net tome, can it be made real? Can it be published?”

“Your Majesty, you speak of… publication?” Joshua clarified.

“Aye! This work, with its inquisitorial secrets and a maiden’s tragic tale, is a poem in prose. It deserves the touch of human hands,” Klund III declared.

    “Uh… hmm…”

Joshua deemed it time to formalize the library.

“I shall contact the author, presently in Norland. As for identifying heresy inquisitors…”
