The black and white arcs of lightning danced around the sword before spreading toward every direction, warding off the ice serpents that were trying to swarm at him.

The fissures spreading throughout the region had become larger before releasing an even more foul and sinister energy that seemed to be coming from an extremely evil dimension.

A blanket of black miasma immediately started to rise from these fissures, followed by an even larger and more terrifying swarm of ice serpents coming from darkness underneath.
A vast expanse of ice serpents emerged from those fissures. They seemed to be at least tens of thousands of serpents that flew straight to the sky to confront the descending lightning that was trying to purify the land.

Even after realizing that they were at the losing end, the swarm did not stop and converged instead. If they could not face the lightning pillars by themselves, then they would gather at one spot and form an even more massive demonic serpent.
This demonic ice serpent had an extremely colossal body that had a body that seemed to be covered by an extremely thick yet flexible ice armor that was protecting its body.

Raising its head, the colossal demonic serpent released a terrifying roar that was rivaling the deafening roars of thunder from the dark sky.

"Given my current state, I may be able to use the Ninth Sword Movement of the Jade Kirin Scripture, especially with the help of my Heart Realm Technique," he mumbled before gathering more Lightning Elemental Mana from the surroundings.
"It should be the peak of the Advanced Mentalism Technique, approaching the threshold of Master Level," he added, recalling all the sword movements within the technique.
From what he knew, it composed thirteen movements in total and was divided into four major realms, namely the basic level, intermediate level, advanced level, and master level.
These levels also directly reflected his attainments in terms of Mentalism. The Basic Level and Intermediate Level were achievable at the entry to middle level of the Grandmaster Realm, while the Advanced Level was something that he could only use after achieving the Grandmaster Realm, which was his current realm.
As for the Master Realm, it was something that he could only use after reaching the threshold of the Ruler Realm, which was equivalent to the Void Manifestation Stage of Martial Arts Discipline.
Shin would need to have firm control over his Spiritual Force before he could even reach that level of technique.
Each level was also composed of three sword movements, which slowly converged the higher the level he reached.
As for the thirteenth and final movement, it was at the realm of Venerability in terms of Mentalism, the Venerable Realm, which was equal to the Domain Realm of Martial Arts.
The thirteenth technique was the ultimate form of this sword technique, which was also where all forms and essence of the previous sword movements converged as one.
With his current realm and mentalism attainment, Shin was eligible to use the Ninth Movement, which should be one of his strongest sword techniques at the moment.

At this moment, the entire world seemed to have turned into a world of lightning and thunder!
Even the powerful and colossal Demonic Ice Serpent collapsed under the might of these lightning flashes, annihilating it despite the powerful ice armor protecting its body.

Its guard, which was extending toward four different directions, looked like fins of an oceanic creature, which were thin, sharp, and somewhat serrated.
The blades were also constantly releasing a chilling fog that signified how cold it was. Even the mana in the surrounding area seemed to be frozen as well. There were also snowflakes appearing around the sword, signifying how cold it was.

He then hesitated for a moment before forcefully conjuring another ice clone in exchange for weakening the other three ice clones that were already on the verge of collapsing.
He then stepped out of his current position, seemingly planning to make a move himself.
He brought the demonic orb with him, not confident that nothing would happen to it once he left it with the clone. This was an extremely important treasure that he had borrowed from Lucier in exchange for an absurd price, both inside the game and the real world.
If he had lost it somehow, then he would not know what would happen.
Wielding the icy spine sword in his right hand, Leviathan raised his head and stared at Shin. "This [Permafrost] sword is too violent and hard to control. I can only use it to attack once, so I have to pour everything into this one attack."
He was naturally aware of Felicia observing them from the distance, but he was not too concerned about her since he knew that she would not be able to do anything once he defeated Shin.

Their collected cries fought against the majestic roars of the thunder in the sky, seemingly contesting against each other.
"I refuse to believe that you can use that technique multiple times!" said Leviathan with a smirk before throwing his strongest attack.
With the reinforcements of the icy and invisible strings that he had attached to himself, Leviathan suddenly swung the sword, causing its segregated parts to separate from each other and making the blade stretch into an extremely long and flexible sword.
Wail~!
Carrying the cries of countless ghosts and spirits that were seemingly living within the sword, Leviathan twisted his wrist, making the whip sword spiral around him to generate an even stronger momentum before thrusting the sword forward.
Wail~!
A colossal face of a demonic being had manifested behind Leviathan at this point, which then fused with the spiraling sword that was flying straight toward Shin’s direction.

This beast image was the projection of Blackie and Whitie when their powers fully fused with one another and reached their perfect state.

It then released a thunderous roar that dominated the entire sky, seemingly announcing its presence.
It was at this moment that Shin swung his sword with all his might, taking advantage of all the strengthening effects that he had gotten from the ’Thunderbolt Mantle’ technique.

He then released a seemingly endless arc of lightning that rivalled the might of the ’Thunder Eclipse’ sword movement in every attack.
They then crisscrossed and intertwined with one another while moving forward, turning into a massive lightning storm that clashed against the incoming snowstorm of his opponent.
