      yeah, he got it after killing Igrit. I think it was more of a reward for jin-woo being picked as the 2nd shadow monarch

        That was, literally, a skill Igrit used to move his Sword.

        And that wasn't the reward for becoming a Monarch.

          Correct me if i’m wrong but it wasn’t Igrit’s skill. I think it was just given to him so jin-woo can witness the skill in action and also a way to give him Ruler’s Authority down the line. It can’t be Igrit’s since he never used it again,
          But again, correct me if i’m wrong and what chapter it was. Idk where i got the idea of him getting it as a reward for becoming a monarch so you got that one.

            He used Igrit's stone after becoming the monarch, so that's that.

            But during their fight, Igrit did move his sword (a couple of times) with Ruler's hand.
            (As for the chapter? Its too bothersome to look it up at this point xD )

              well keep in mind it wasn’t igrit giving it to him, it was the system. it’s completely possible they just did as i said, gave igrit the skill to give jin-woo a taste of what Ruler’s Authority looks like. from ure comment it looks like u didn’t read the spoiler so i won’t mention further, but ye i think it was the system giving jin-woo the skill from itself not from igrit.

                  the difference is that it’s not Igrit’s skill, since he never did it again. having finished the novel, i can confirm it wasn’t his and the system literally just gave it to jin-woo as a reward. they jst showed him a preview with igrit lol.

                  we have seen how igrit fights bro, plenty of times actually. during the red gate, demon castle, in tusk’s gate, jeju island, and especially his fight against cha. not in ANY of those fights does he use ruler’s authority. maybe it’s explained in the sequel Ragnarok, but just from solo leveling the novel there’s nothing showing that it was igrit’s own skill.
