    Just searched it up, I don’t know about England but in USA it’s definitely better for police dogs than in China. I was wondering because I heard in another Chinese novel that the mc in that novel was roasting America for their “excessive” love for animals, “to the point they treat them better than humans”. I see some truth in that, from what I’ve seen, so I couldn’t believe the U.S. would kill so many dogs like he just said. There’s strict laws against killing police dogs and laws about them getting adopted, while in China there are no laws on this subject so there is no protection for police dogs. This was just a superficial search from me so there might be more to it, but at least from the comprehensive standpoint the U.S. gives more protection than China to police dogs currently, I don’t know about the far past
