This is the story of a young s*ave gladiator in an underground arena. He doesn’t know about his past or how he got to where he is, only that his name is Aegir, and that he is strong.

One day he kills the boss and escapes the arena, joining a band of mercenaries as a new recruit. During one mission, they encounter the vampire, Lucy, who slaughters the band with her inhuman strength. After learning that Aegir only knows how to kill, Lucy lets him stay at her house, educating and taking care of him.

Two years pass, and on the day of Aegir’s departure, they both exchange a promise that if Aegir becomes a king and owns the land of Erg forest, he can come and take her as his woman. Making this his life goal, Aegir set out on a journey to become a hero, a king, and found his own kingdom. Collapse

    The MC basically meets his dream girl at the beginning of the novel, and then leaves her to create a harem of a bunch of cum dumpsters only to get back to his dream girl at the end. And that dream girl is a slut who f#cks kids regularly. Just from this summary alone, you'd probably want to skip this novel. But to top it off, the author has a cuckold fetish, and the "kingdom" part of the story quickly becomes unexciting and monotonous with a musclehead MC who can neither command an army nor engage in politics despite wanting to become a king. If you want a decent short story, read till chapter 10 or so until the MC leaves Lucy, because that's basically when this novel peaked.

    For the love of god don't read this novel, the ending is one of the worst endings i've seen and i've read many shits novels. This novel goes to shit at the last volume, author doesn't have any ideas to continue so he ended it abruptly. Also MC gets NTR sometimes offscreen.

    I assure you there is only one instance regarding this.
    And MC is a chad. (He got his girl back in a very refreshing way).

    Anyway, The balance between story and seg is very good on this one.
    It is a kind of low fantasy, no system or bullshit power fantasy.
    I really love one scene that MC fought one against an army (remind me of 300)
