      Idk what you are talking about, all venerable are against each other. The only ones who have a genuine bond is POIV and SCIV but POIV hasn't shown any signs for revival or any methods.

        . And the venerables are not really against each other they just want different things, for example reckless would love to fighting giant sun just for the sake of fighting, thieving heaven just wants to go home so he wouldn't care about competing whit the rest, etc.

          Yeah you are right, I phrased my statement wrong. What I meant was that no other venerables had specific arrangements for revival that are eminent and from what we have seen until now though obviously for HC they only need one venerable reviving that would simply help the rest, while some others might have arrangements as well, we don't know if they have already been destroyed with or tempered with (
          . And well wanting different things is obviously the cause of them being enemies, otherwise if the objectives were aligned they'd be natural allies like the HC venerables.
