    I think that this is something unique to RI and I have not seen even a single story ever say the same thing.

    That no matter what, people will be dissatisfied with their lives. Even if they live such blessed lives and reach the top of the world, they will always want more. And imagine how it must be for those who didn't reach the top. Who have even more to strive for.

    Generally speaking, most stories have a moral of accepting fate. Even the stories where fate is supposedly broken. Fate isn't a supernatural chain cuz even things like societal responsibilities are a form of fate.

    Reverend Insanity is the only story that goes "humans will never be content with their lives, with their fate, see all these things they will do to break it".
