    Honestly both Feng Jin Huang and Zhao Lian Yun have their pros and cons. Fjh has rank 6 dream wings gu which is great for advancing cultivation and gaining insight and to all who know of the dream venerable prophecy is seen as a big opportunity to become the prophesied venerable. Although FY will probably cause that prophecy to go unfulfilled to these gu immortals it’s a highly likely Fjh will fulfill it.

    However Zly has love gu and can gain thieving heaven inheritances though she only has half of one atm. Shes also an otherworldly demon who are capable of changing fate which heavenly court doesn’t like which is why they exterminate the otherworldly demons when they defy fate. Since fate gu is still not fully healed and by defying it, it’s recovery speed is reduced it’s best to get rid of them all.

    Note: Although otherworldly demons seem to be the strongest factors other factors such as individuals who extended their lifespans by becoming zombies also influence fate gu because they defy their own death. This is why fate gu’s recovery speed has greatly increased cause shadow sect had to sacrifice all of zombie alliance to refine sovereign immortal aperature gu.

    Once love Gu acknowledged someone, no matter how disliked they were, or now bad their aptitude was, or even how badly received they were by the Gu Immortal higher-ups, they would become the current generation fairy, regardless of the situation, or whether they were male or female!

    Kinda stupid. Like ohh this person is ready to sacrifice everything and everyone around them for a singular person . Hmm let's make them our leader.

      When was it mentioned that Heavenly Court was against them? The Only Venerable that hated them was Great Sun Immortal Venerable and that was because he couldn't steal Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable's Inheritances.
