      I don't remember FY ever having Luo po valley "in his hands."

      He had clues towards the location... and that was it.

      Luo Po valley was under the control of Shadow Sect long ago, it was their base. If Fang Yuan headed there abruptly, without enough strength, he would be easily captured by the other party. Even if he struggled while risking his life, his enemies would be too powerful, there would be little hope of escaping.

      FY would never have even gone to luo po valley without HLL's information. If he had, he would've just died. So 10% is definately a better alternative.

        Also as he said he really doesn't care about the valleys resources. He already has soany income streams and as soon as he gets exposed he can't keep it always.
        So he really doesn't care if he gets 50 30 10 or 5 Percent.
        He could definitely have gotten more if he wanted by pressuring them. By why would he do that over something he simply don't need.
