        Milan is right, it was explicitly stated earlier in the story that you can't absorb battle spirits by consuming their soul. The most that can be done is to consume the battle spirit as nutrients, far inferior to actual absorption.

        Although there's probably someone in the Divine Realm who can do it I guess
