    I started this journey somewhere around late May or early June.

    I gotta say this novel is one of the best if not the best I've read. While most people might think or feel that this novel is incomplete it rushed I beg to differ.

    The reason why this novel felt rushed is because of the fact that it could still be milked for atleast 800 chapters before ending it with the same ending.

    But the author chose not to otherwise the events would slowly become repetitive and become like this— 'after reaching his peak Han Xiao would discover that there's also multiple people in the galaxy that are around the same level as him and are becoming a threat.' sounds familiar? Yes it the sequence of events would revert back to the beginning with the Germinal Organization, where he grew stronger and stronger uniting the planet as one only to meet greater forces in the galaxy (Dark Star) and then he continued to level up and to free himself of this dangers.

    The only thing I wish is that for the author to release side stories to flesh out the romance between Han Xiao and Ames so that it wouldn't feel sudden to some readers anymore.

    While alot of readers excluding me ( spoiled myself so that I wouldn't have to cry after a sinking ship) have expected Hila to win, I think that the main reason why Han Xiao fell for Ames is unironically the same reason as to why Hila fell for Han Xiao to a certain extent.

    When Han Xiao had just entered the galaxy and was still weak, It was Ames who helped him. Even though Ames was stronger than Han Xiao back then she was very down to earth and didn't treat Han Xiao as a lesser being. From the start Ames treated Han Xiao without any ulterior motives openly speaking about what she wanted and expected of him and leaving him to do whatever he wants and even let him use the prestige of Floating dragon. Han Xiao appreciated all of her help and with he help of Ames's beauty, attitude, her loyalty to those whoa re close to her, her overall personality and the time that they spent together.

    Second thing I also wanted is to have a what if series like TNE where there are chapters dedicated to alternate realities where the other heroines won. This would probably satisfy the Hila shippers.

    The only thing I'm holding a grudge with on this novel is the fact that Aroshnia was basically forgotten...

    But aside from that this novel is perfect in my eyes, the ending is satisfactory and gave me a huge chill when I found out about the truth behind the sanctums.

    At first when I read that part I laughed and spoke out loud "Ah, this fu- I mean Han Xiao is lying through his teeth again." Only to be absolutely shocked and flabbergasted when I read furthermore because it was actually the truth.

    To all of you future readers or rereaders who've reached this point, I only have a single question.

    "Did this novel meet your expectations?"

    And to my future self, "To the me right now this message is very... Emotional because I just finished the novel but to you in the future? This will probably be cringe. Anyway bye!"

    Previously (2022/2023) when I first read this book I stopped at chapter 18. I forgot why, but maybe I stopped because the MC was being chased and running away. at that time maybe i was fed up with mc like that because of reading previous novels lol. Huh, it turns out this book is another peak fiction. 1 month... 1 month marathon following the story of old black and the vastness of the galaxy and the amazing ending.

    I am feeling nostalgic 😩
    I can't believe there would be a novel that replaced LOTM in my heart.
    On to the next adventure.
