    the max level should be 210, and for grade S, you need at least level 240
    In conclusion, it's impossible to become a grade S before version 7.0

      240 cause he have ALOT of abilities talents skills blueprints characteristics high grade evolutions and even used evolution cube. For players probably they can become BGA after 280-300 levels i think

      He can't keep it entirely to himself though. Since it's out there he might as well have a good relation with the people that want to use it rather than being hostile and potentially f#cked over everywhere. It is invaluable but others can still achieve it with training just takes longer.
