    the mark should be op unless your experience with void knowledge or have void genes you're self you should be able to find out you're marked by it unless you have special abilities

    This think that the Leader won't discover the mark that Han Xiao left, I don't know if its because the leader don't have huge power or its Han Xiao skill that undetectable, if its undetectable even for the Leader he should put it in the Intelligence Department so that he would get the latest report.

      The leader would also get the information from the intelligence department even if it's after discovery. I also thought that he would be discovered but i think it might be because they are both in the same grade and maybe the leader hasn't reached A+ yet. It could also be undetectable but i doubt it would be that overpowered whoknows

        But its not like every information from Intelligence Department will go to the leader, they'll only give the important Intel to the leader but if he Mark the head of Intel. dep. He would get many small information, who know if it was the clue of a new huge event.

        It actually is that op, it even works on beyond grade As like Psyker and Austin, though both of them knew it was there and Austin could even remove it... it still worked quite well on Psyker
