    Well 300,000,000Exp is surely an outrageous amount but it's not unbelievable if he sold to 10000 pugilist and espers at the cost of 30000exp, given there were 100,000 players out of which atleast 40-50% should be mechanic.

      Absolute waste. He cold easily demand 100k EXP or even more and it would still be quite cheap for an advanced knowledge. Like, completing several not really hard missions would be enough to buy it. And it's much better than farming relationship with organisations, which will take much more time and effort

      if he quote more than this, it would indeed still getting sold like hotcakes, but majority of players –60% or so who placed in the category of 'new' and 'weak'– won't be able to buy them. so, to get the maximum amount of exps, while enabling even the newest of players to buy for themselves, he chose to take them as the main market. he's no longer fishing but basically trawling.

      and there's the possibility of him catering to them to bring the entire level of Aquamarine, UP
