        Yeah, it kinda is. Guess it only leaves electromagnetic, nuclear, chemical forces and the likes. Honestly, this guy's OP for a technology-oriented newbie planet. If you are not an Esper with a peculiar ability, this guy is a giant pain in the ass. Maybe a high level Pugilist is able to drown this guy or something too. But I doubt he can manipulate kinetic energy at the molecular level, so thermal energy should deal with him too
