        Because this whole novel's universe is just a playground for MC to vent author's frustrations and spice up the plot by making all except the MC instigating degenerates. That way not only MC's aggression would be justified and the readers who have anger problems would be pleased to have punching bags, but also, while associating themselves with the MC, the readers would feel glad to see him rise in the world of incompetent miscreants. It's a common cheap tactic to mass-produce enraging flat characters to appease the reader, especially in chinese novels/manhuas targeting relatively young audience.
