    What an ending and with only less than 200 chapters left, I'm assuming this is the last arc of Book 1. I am gonna predict that either a) this arc will be called The Fool or b) Mysteries Seeker or something along those lines (obvious I know). I'm just genuinely curious how this first book is gonna be wrapped up and if we're going to get a plot twist at the end of it or during this last arc, because I can't imagine it getting even more convoluted/complicated than this. lshock

    it looks like Evernight is the winner from all of this. Now she can weild death, combat and evernight pathway making her the Old Great One. She is just short of sefirot(river of eternal darkness) which I think Klein would help her in getting it, as he received a lot of favors from Her.

    Evernight plotting with Lilith to take down Combat God from the past 3000+ yrs is terrifing. I mean they don't view time in terms of humans at all.

    Amon becoming a true God is interesting, and I think he eventually succeeds in getting Chaos Sea and other neighboring pathways easily as he is a true visionary in a literal sense now.

    The most who lost in all of this are common people, I mean God's are just indifferent to them(I mean they do care but not in a literal sense). Those Silver City people believed in Creator for so many years only to realize they are the victims of their God's conspiracy.( yes, you may say he is getting rid of madness by rebirth but the consequences are born by people). Everything the gods does have clear repercussions on the common people. If not people being the anchors for gods, I don't think they would have cared for any people at all. It's just like how we treat ants, we are just indifferent we neither care nor intervene.

    It's just my personal opinion, men/women aren't capable of being gods at all. We don't have what it takes to be a God.

      Gods are like billionaires. They need us to fleece and work as labor for them so they will help us a little and maintain a good person like facade. But they don't really care about us.

    Evernight and Lilith fought God of Combat and won and Evernight gave the Moon authority back to Lilith? That means Lilith was the Earth Mother I suppose, makes sense why she liked taking in sanguine as her priests then

        I don't think it was a betrayal since it's not like they were allied and even if they were then the God of Combat is dumb since Lilith obviously wanted the Moon Authority from Evernight which makes her more inclined to work with her

          Author seems to have penchant for making Gods die by ally suddenly turning enemy, not that I hate it. I think this is easiest way to get rid of a God.
