      For some kingdom it would be normal,but this is the one with the god that got domain in air and water. I wonder if lord of storms is tacitly acknowledging that loen is the perfect spot to start a war in. hence "His" "supposedly" oversight.

        It was clearly mentioned there are Adam's (Twilight Hermit Order) spies among the high level of Church of Storm people. This war is Adam's machination, so why those irascible storm bros people even bother doing anything whoknows

        It's as simple as Zhou said, he overlook the fact that a secretive organization will have their people on other nation too. By the secretive organization, he meant Twilight Hermit Order, implying all of this is just a play by Adam for his ritual.

        Well ever since I learned of the organization name include the word Twilight I could already guess things will go like this. Any story with a kingdom/country setting and a mention of Twilight as a cause is always point to change in regime or change of an era which happened usually through war.

        I think it helps having physical proof of your belief being true since most people wouldn't dare join the churches unless they're actually somewhat passionate about what they do in fear of gods/angels thought stuff like Ince Zangwill can still happen naturally.

      From all the attempts of multiple gods to descend and the fact we are reaching the end also paired with the fact the only official 'good' god Evernight cannot descend, most likely it will become War between Gods and the end of The 5th Epoch

        We don't know if Evernight is actually good or it's just a disguise to fool Mr. Fool. Considering Evernight is a confirmed monster from second epoch now, it is highly likely she might know stuff related to other world, or atleast have an inkling to it and is acting according to it. It is important to notice, everytime MC received help from Evernight it benefited Evernight more than it did MC. For example gaining authority over Death, or getting MC to help to take on role to disguise who is trying to plans of Adam etc.

      It was plain as day and mentioned this is Adam's ploy as part of his advancement to Visionary. You just need to know how to read between the lines and noticed the details. It's just the usual convergence of all clues thrown before, starting from Great Smog, Loen King's secret and the biggest clue was Zhou himself said so on previous chapter: he overlook that a secretive organization will have their people on other nation too. That organization is Twilight Hermit Order.
