        Technical thing. Grounded angel is a sequence 2. It was said in a manner that allowed interpretation as both angel that is on earth, but also one that is forever bound to the earth - since he can't become a seq 1 with god present. Hence only pontiffs are called that in the book.
        Lil' Will is simply an Angel then.
