  Ikr? It seems like they just refuse to think "hmm, a cultist murderer who can evade capture by the police, walking freely among the innocent. Yeah, 233 killed him because 233 is evil!". Like, what?
  Furthermore, 233 killed two people, one of which is known to be a murderer, so who's to say the other one wasn't the same?
  The correct approach would be caution, but definitely not to demonize 233 as they are doing.
  
  Heck, for all they know 233 could be a police officer or soldier, led by a sense of both duty and justice to eliminate these threats before they kill others.
