    It's no wonder this guy didn't amount to anything, he places so much emphasis on 'talent' but surely there must be some treasure or technique in the world which can make up for this, in his last life he stayed in the sect without seeking opportunities, and now even thinking of reaching martial spring in one life is dismissed as 'dreaming' by him. He is really dumb for a guy over 100. Also why is he just accepting everything without question? I get being grateful and not wanting to look a gift horse in the mouth, but the system is extremely suspicious from a logical standpoint yet he did not address it. Is he so exceptional that he deserves the attention of some heavenly treasure or god? No. Then obviously he is being used for some purpose(or its just plot device that we are supposed to accept). He just mindlessly goes with the flow, looks like this is an 'Im nothing without my system' kind of mc. To be honest idk why I expect so much from this kind of fast food, I've been spoiled by other books.

      He did say that he eventually just accepted his fate because of his low talent. He just coasted in his last life after that. He is stuck in his own mindset, and hasn't realised what a great opportunity this is for him.

      Also can you really blame him for choosing safety up untill the last month's of his life? HE came from a peaceful world to a violent, dangerous world.
