London, veiled in mist and secrets, harbors more than just crime—it breathes martial arts, concealed techniques, and masters of the hidden world.

After a fatal plunge at Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes awakens in a London unlike any he has known—one where the very air hums with inner power, and even the Queen has touched immortality.

Here, Holmes is not just a detective; he is a warrior, a seeker of truth in a city where fists speak louder than words and the blade is as telling as a clue.

In a world where Baritsu is more than just self-defense, where even mu*der leaves traces of sword qi and hidden energy, Holmes must navigate a tangled web of Murim clans, deadly assassins, and ancient vendettas—all while trying to unravel the mystery of his own existence.

The game is afoot once more, but this time, the rules have changed. Collapse

Review: Heavenly Demon Holmes — London’s Subjugation

Somewhere between 221B Baker Street and Mount Hua Sect, a man decided that logic and qi circulation belong in the same paragraph......and thus, Heavenly Demon Holmes was born.

Let us begin by clarifying the crimes of this novel:

    - It fuses Sherlock Holmes with wuxia.

    - It resurrects him via regression mechanics.

    - It moves the martial world into Victorian London.

    - It replaces cocaine with elixir addiction.

    - And yes, the Heavenly Demon himself teaches him Lionheart Qigong and Baritsu Fist.

A lesser story would have collapsed into farce.
This one pirouettes on absurdity’s edge and somehow doesn’t fall. wait

The author treats Holmes not as a mere detective, but as a cultivator of deduction.... a man whose mind forms internal meridians between clue and clue. London? A distorted murim where Scotland Yard has qi manuals and bar fights turn into sect duels.

    The Result?
A literary fever dream that works far too well. The investigation arcs still gleam with Holmesian logic, yet every pipe of deduction ends in a puff of mystic energy. It’s Sherlock meets Shaolin, Doyle rewritten by Jin Yong after three cups of plum wine.

    Highlights:

Alternate universe that actually feels plausible .....in a mad, martial way.

Genuine detective logic preserved amidst cultivation madness.

Humor sharp enough to shave your dao-beard. (Yes, “Jesus Walk” and “E-Mei Sisters Order” are real names.)

Regretfully, no Watson spinning dragon palms… yet.

    Verdict:
A chaotic treasure. It reads like fanfiction written by a drunk sage who actually finished it — and somehow, it’s glorious.

Final Rating: 8.9/10Celestial Nonsense, Perfectly Executed.
A masterpiece in the “What the hell did I just read, and why do I want more?” genre. chad peepo_triggered
