    I suppose that even though the main character's master and Bai Zhenzhen's master appear to be at the Nascent Soul stage, that isn't actually the case—it wouldn't make sense otherwise, seeing as they both have masters of the same rank yet one receives far more praise than the other. I suspect these figures—like the school headmaster—aren't actually at that full cultivation level (just one step above Golden Core); rather, they seem to be something like clones or manifestations of a small fraction of the true individual's power. Otherwise, it would be completely illogical.
