      also i dont think any student on 2nd year or smtn can master to level 10

      Which sounds more realistic?
      Insane martial arts talent capable of multi leveling skills up mid fight
      Or
      Incomprehensible martial arts talent capable of pushing a technique to level 10 in the few months he's had it. Solely by training it. Without any enhancements or supplements.
      People here take drugs like water and would still take years to max out a technique.
      Better he be looked at as a prodigy and a threat rather than a freak show science experiment.
      Because I guarantee you someone would most definitely cut him open or search his soul to figure out how he maxed a technique.
