    15k a month? At this rate it will take him 4 years to pay off. I do not think I would want to be in debt with someone who has ulterior motives for that long. I hope he has that on paper so that they can't do anything to him if he keeps paying 15k a month.

    If I were him I would quietly safe up a big sum on the side, so while they keep thinking they still have a few years to make a move on him, I would suddenly pay off the entire debt in one huge chunk.
