      Its a permanent increase. The next time after he gets a Golden Talent, its going to directly start with a 19% chance to get a Golden Talent. It increases his base chance permanently. And he can do it all the way up to 50%.

        Pretty sure he has it at a 10% increase each time, so 20% and if I remember correctly, the percentage keeps going until 100% and not 50%. So, he is at least guaranteed a gold talent at least every 10 tries
