      It's already been written that they don't care about governer since they had seen 3 in last 6 years. They are self sufficient org which was created by first governer with keeping in mind of future.

      He already landed in capital the day he arrived but left because it didn't give him any grace/exp points. The moment he established his own camp he got points.
