It's really cruel. Disappearing without saying a word leaves everyone wondering whether you're safe or not, creating nothing but anxiety. We already saw this happen with Cao Ying, who kept searching for him over and over. And now, she seems intent on doing the same thing again.

It’s quite sad honestly, him living a life of lies, having to abandon people he loves because of his lifespan.

I almost wish he would tell Ying, at least so she doesn’t worry about him dying early

Lol it's not because of his lifespan but because author make MC doesn't trust his father/sister and make MC father/sister potential danger.

If author want, they could make MC family trusted good person and then mc become vagrant but still has wholesome relationship with his sister+father. Unfortunately author chose another thing, making mc family seems bad and mc can't trust anyone, and thus creating this bullshyt annoying lone wolf slow life bullshyt. Easy-slow-life but MC life so far just frustrating full of lies.

Even author made Ying mother+father and Liu Dong knew MC has secrets about lifespan and accept it, yet author try his best to make MC very cautious to his father+sister and make them seems have more threats/danger and keep preventing mc using real identity to contact his father/sister. What bullshyt 'easy-slow-life' cultivation it is?

I think you are not correct.

Author ofc has the possibility to make him say anything to anyone and make them trustworthy, but would it really be logical?
Even if Li Baitan is happy to see his son again, would he not be curious why he is still alive?
And when he gets old, would the possibility of going after the MC not exist?
He is indeed nice, but I do not have doubts he would kill his own son to get longevity for his 'family'.

You are the correct example of my comment. You chose to accept that they are bad person, just like author chose to make them potential bad person and thus MC doesn't trust them.

Not all action are based on logical dumbass, there are also human emotions too. The character is fcking human with emotion, nature etc. Not just pure logical like ai, dumbass. It's up to the author how to design it since human emotions is differ every person, is not about logical dumbass. Get ur self a life so you can understand not everything is about logical in ur fcking stupid room.

I disagree, your argument is about 'author is basically god so he can make anything happen' which is true but then where's the fun? Where's the danger?
Sometime, bad things have to happen to make a story flow without just being a wish fulfilment novel...

(Although I also wished he would have revealed his real identity lol)

What ur point then? That's exactly my point that you disagree dumbass.... if you just want to talk about where the danger where is the fun, that's come to quality and type and novel. Not related to logical at all like you said, damn it you are confused
