      I saw a book where a MC had to kill 1 of his many children because the kid was the arrogant young master type that always caused trouble. I don't remember it well but I think he even tried to betray his father (the MC) which was what led to his inevitable demise.

      I didn't read the book, I only saw the wiki, but according to what was written there along with some of the comments, it was clear that the MC was a bit of a neglectful father (at least to that kid) which was what led to the kid growing up to be a prick.

      The realism is quite interesting now that I think about it. I'd read it if I could remember the name.
