    Read up to Ch27.

    He is not just 'a little naive'. He's roleplaying a piñata that legendary wealth comes out of, strutting around and winking seductively at people to come beat him up and enslave him.

    He has zero sense of self-preservation, combat, critical judgement or secrecy, and besides giving away modern food recipes for free, he's shown no hint of being anything but a human failure in his previous life. Basically just acts like a sheltered child with maybe average intelligence.

    If you hate the 'naive protagonist' tag, skip this one. Which is a damn shame because the story would otherwise have been pretty good.

      It gets better but then it gets so much worse. I'm just reading still because I need to read and have nothing better atm. Morbid fascination and outage powers my continued interest.

      If you want to try to enjoy this one, disregard anything said about the MC keeping his head down. Pretend he's actually ostentatious and that this is just cliche power fantasy fast-food. And that he isn't a doormat. He's just 'responsively' generous. 😂

      Heck, it's even got the harem theme.

      But for real, while I am being quite 'colorful' in my descriptions, it isn't the worst. It's serviceable, to a degree.

    Poison, at first pretty good and then tuned to shit, tbh the side characters ruin it for me as well as Mc being dumb. For instance Mc gets jumped and gets his shit rocked and loot took. and then after he that incident he doesn't learn his lesson and doesn't bring protection with him and then he gets jumped by the same group and then they take all his shit again and he almost dies again. And on top of Mc being not very smart the best friend only knows how to think with his dick, and his bsf js pisses me off.

    I had high expectations knowing that this novel share same Author of A soldier's life and it didn't let me down.

    It has good lore, naive mc but it got better later on, great world building, fine system and all I can say it apart from few hiccups at start it was a great read and recommend to give it a go if anyone hesitating
