    Ive only reached chapter 80. I find it hard to enjoy. Its unlike Unscientific Beast Taming or similar beast taming novel where there is an eventual rise in strength, resources, knowledge, connections, etc.

    Some may said it's similar with Fey Evolution Merchant but For me who only read till chapter 10 It has similarity like Unscientific Beast Taming.
    There're many repetitive info dump that I'll just skip most of the lines. So, I'm gonna read it only at weekends when I can read tens of chapter or else I'll forget most of the contents when I do read it (repetitive info dumping and me skip most of the paragraphs) cheerful cheerful

      Its far from Unscientific Beast Taming. UBT at least starts off small then snowballs. This? Its like mc wants to get fat overnight, not taking one bite at a time. He calls himself steady but all his actions are reckless. Its the plot armor thats saving him.

    very similar to fey evolution merchant some things are even exactly the same which leads me to believe one got inspiration from the other.

    unfortunately this story suffers from the same problems as fey evolution merchant as well.

    La verdad me gustan este tipo de novelas de cultivo y todo, pero con el paso de los años me encuentro cada vez más irritado cuando leo como los MC obtienen habilidades para ocultar sus poderes, que flojera, salgan, muestren su camino, eso de ser moderados 3/4 de la novela realmente cansa porque casi todos los autores siguen esa línea.

    Read almost all current available chapters with MTL (around 700). Overall, story is pretty good and MC is smart enough. Novel significantly focuses on trading, exchanging benefits and in-novel politics. And of course on developing beasts. Less on fighting, partially because MC prefers "steady" tactics, where he or overwhelms opponent, or opponent gives in. MC has access to a lot of critical resources and acting as someone with background. All arrogant young masters could be counted by fingers on one hand and usually quickly dealt with. Other characters intelligence is pretty acceptable.

    Sadly, I think author lost control of the story because he refused to slow down (it's one of those where MC gets very strong in both power and status from zero in a matter of several months). That led to rapid power creep. Particularly in the area of MC's friends and subordinates. And constantly increasing number of beasts with their own mostly unique abilities (props to author for his imagination) didn't help either — that makes each of them less important and memorable. MC also hugely relying on people voluntarily letting him control their life and death in exchange for benefits (some readers don't like that). I should also note that novel feels somewhat dry after reading hundreds of chapters.

    Readers find that this novel is just ok. Readers find the author has diarrhea of words that just spew out all over the page. Many things are repeated, others are just explained to death, and others are about things the reader just wouldn't care about. Readers find that this LN is dry and the author has long names for everything and never shortens them. Names like blue cloud flying soft ferret, but much stupider and more dull pets than a ferret. The author will say that whole long name over and over and will not shorten it to just "ferret" in a statement like "I fed the blue cloud flying soft ferret" and then repeatedly say "blue cloud flying soft ferret" over and over as they talk about it instead of just shortening it. Readers are also quite disappointed the the MC's first 2 pet choices. The MC's first pet is a ball of water or a water element pet that is just a ball of water. The MC's 2nd pet is a vacuum cleaner. Readers are not joking, the MC's 2nd pet is an actual vacuum cleaner. It sucks stuff up and out puts more purified stuff when it can. Readers don't think that the MC will ever really go around killing things or go out and about. It just seems to be something stupid and dry....
