    ultimate pinnacle should've given sshl a makeshift heavenly spirit root, but i guess she's still at five energies lol.

    this reminds me of seh taking 10 years to reach 1st star qi refining lmao. i'm assuming that seh already has already achieved ultimate pinnacle/manifestation because of his speed

      hes probably speeding through it cuz hes gotten his cultivation like dozens upon dozens of times hes already too used to restarting from zero

      im guessing someone like her who has only done it once and had strong talent wouldnt be able to push through easily even tho she was once an immortal since they are both sealed to be no different than mortals with only instinct and some knowledge left and seo definitely beats her when it comes to instinct for cultivation

      hes redone qi refining so many times and hes gotten faster at it every time until it became something he could finish in half an hour (although thats with the help of the canvas) its still definitely easy for him to do so without it

        those at ultimate pinnacle form an inner core (i think shi ho called it a demon core) that basically separates each element from another, preventing any 'mixing', probably not the correct term but whatever

        five energies spiritual roots are trash because they need to balance each of the five elements while cultivating. this was the reason why seh took a lifetime just to reach the seventh star of qi refining.

        the inner core solved this by separating each of them, preventing them from mixing with one another and making it significantly easier to cultivate (which are called heavenly spirit roots iirc). because of his inner core, seh blitzed through the 8th to 13th stars with ease

        hmm, the only reason seh got faster in qi refining was because he comprehended the five elements something, comprehending all five elements cultivation methods which generated other elements that generated other elements, creating a positive cycle of generating.

        we still don't know if seh's smurf account has these techniques. the only thing we know is that his 'sword ability was beyond skill' or whatever, which sounds like manifestation (and subsequently ultimate pinnacle)

          the inner core doesn’t prevent the 5 elements from mixing, that happens naturally through five energies condensing or whatever because the transformation keeps the 5 elements balance unlike natural born five element spiritual roots. SEH blitzed through 8th to 13th stars of qi refining because he already did understanding before breakthrough for all them with Cheongmun Ryeong (iirc for some of them not all of them), the only thing stopping him from breaking through was the heavenly rejection. usually one would need to comprehend all 5 elements with the 5 elements spiritual roots but SEH only did so before breaking through qi building so he could recover quicker

          the inner core was just gave him access to gang qi that let him break through the heavenly rejection
