    Just did some quick math.
    The island jumps 200.000 * 2^7 li, if I am correct, meaning about 12.8million kilometers.
    It was said they travelled from the southern to the northern end of the stable nether ghost realm.
    It was also said that the stable realm of the Bright Cold realm was about the size of our solar system.
    12.8mil km is about 1/8th of the way from earth to sun.
    Either the stable nether ghost realm is really f#cking small compared to the stable bright cold realm, this is a plot hole, or I made a mistake at some point in my math or assumptions

      why are you assuming they were at another end, they simply were in the middle and went to another end of the realm wish is about 12.8million Km, there can be more than 12 million km land behind from where they came from 7 24

    If you want the scale of the distance, they can go back and forth 8 times between Earth and Moon.

    but they can barely cover 1/20th of the distance between earth and mars when the distance is the highest and can cover about half the distance when both are the closest.
