      Ever since MC ascended to the Bright Cold realm the quality got worse.
      Not to mention, every cycle where Seo Hweol is integral in is a lackluster cycle. The author tried hard to make him be a scary villian but it just comes off as annoying.

        Honestly there are some things that are really good in this novel especially Seo Eun-Hyuns will and ideal. However, the author drags out fights with villains continuously. Both Yuan Li and Seo Hweol basically have insane lifelines making fighting them annoying as shit. Seo Hweol just pulls Blood Yin technique after blood yin technique and does some shit. Honestly mc should’ve just killed Oh hye Seo or imprison her a while ago. It just gets to the point where it’s really annoying. I hope the mc actually makes a counter to this technique cuz otherwise it’s dragged out so long.
