    Im a bit confused now, a long time ago we got a hint that Atticus was reincarnated 2 times, and 1 one he was bacause he was "a kin of a shattered star" or however it was called, that being him having a solvath fragment. At least thats what understood back then, I dont think it was outright said.
    The issue is that were now in place where there is a shitload of fragment bearers, hardly a reason to send him to reincarnate then and if it was below then those people had no power to do that (those here dont seem to have it either)

    So either author forgot about this or changed the conception. Ofc its possible that 1, its about his bloodline, 2 above the crown there is lack of solvath fragments (ulikely). I also had a little theory that maybe he was born with a fragment where they are considered bad, like the alliance including willguard but with us being here we can see that those people should not have any ability to send him to "reincarnate" to earth
    Or maybe his mother on earth was a servant that was told to run with him, who knows at this point.

      This is just the middle planes, there’s gonna be a higher plane then a supreme one and then probably a zenith plane and the guy who reincarnated Atticus is probably on the same level as solvate or even above
