    The synopsis is a bait and a switch. (He didnt isekai to another world as a healing saint) This is just another copy of Supreme Magus where mc is reborn as baby in a magic world and we see him start training as a baby and even invent never before seen SSS pro max ultra+++++ magical pathway at the age the 3 without any guidance or knowledge in a nameless village. If you want to read more, you'd have to turn your brain off or risk losing your braincells permanently.
