So I want to give newcomers an advice that don’t read the following comments because pro can always find fault in this novel. so so if you are new for novels, just read this 👍

Trash tier novel (no comedy to make up for it). MC has multiple OP cheats but slow growth despite having numerous opportunities to speed it up. Makes a decision then waits for 20 chapters and relies on random events to drive plot. All decisions are related to his cheats and none are interesting.
Typical chinese morality; muh ancestors, muh clan, muh human race, muh defeat tha foreign nation!
All already foreshadowed.
If you want to read this kind of thing, you can find many true hero MC with better quality.

Amazing novel sofar (ch 105)
It's a very fun read

Great novel! Up to chapter 46 right now. The only chapter that was of lower quality was chapter 41, after that it improves again. Aka, new translator learning the ropes. Not sure why people gave up on chapter 41.

It was going well till ch-40, but the bad translation ruined it for me.
It had decent potential too...

It’s a decent junk food novel, cultivation realms are the traditional Qi refining, foundation establishment, golden core and nascent soul. Translated by Webnovel so you know chapters are cut into half or worse and translated by ChatGPT. All in all it’s readable but if you expect fast cultivation and for the MC to be zooming through realms, at the current chapter which is chapter 70, he has only reached Qi refining 5, but I expect it to be faster since he’s currently building up wealth and will soon be able to purchase a ton of cultivation resources. Also this is a family building novel where he works on improving his family. Of course the family doesn’t freeload off him and actually helps him, like forging swords.
