    The pacing is a very big problem of this novel. Multiple chapters dedicating to conersatiok between random extractors in random vities, then so many important things brielfy mentioned in half a chapter. horrible pacing

            Well left arms main job in the plot was to stop champion from killing him and make sure things go out in nicks favour .. now that nick is working for the aliens and in turn is an ally of the champion.. ig author decided left arm lost her use

        She cant, their can't be any hidden shields because their can be only 7 of them. Moreover she can't enter the darkness because she isn't and now can't tune with Nightmare. Only guess would be to work with he Hidden adversary but as I said, their can't be more than 7 shields.
