    (just the thoughts of someone who only read the manga of the novel)
    Ngl the manga is quite decent, yet its mostly a fast food(means you can predict everything with a bit of exp and some plot points are just silly or forced, but hype and a cool world keep it together) one(so i wouid expect the novel to be aswell), dunno about the novel, but personaly i would rather wait for more ch in the manga instead of reading this, since i think this type of novel is better in manga form, but who knows in the end.

    I just finished reading the missing chapters on Booktoki. I can only say that it was an unsatisfactory yet satisfying read. Unsatisfactory because, being (I imagine and think) the author's first novel, I noticed that the academy arc was not added to the story in a completely organic way; there was too much filler with things like midterms, exams, events, contests, etc., when the protagonist is waaaay above all the students and teachers in practical and theoretical knowledge, making his stay there basically useless except for being a """cover""" to hide his identity as the
    The following arcs after the academy arc really didn't feel as satisfying to read as the first 180 chapters because, being the longest and most tedious arc (it lasts approximately until chapter 300, a little more I think), it inhibits your expectations about what to expect in the following arcs.

    That would basically be my main complaint, although I have others, but I really think they are more based on subjectivity than objectivity, and I also don't want to trash those who wanna start reading the novel. Good points (I will mark them with spoilers just in case, read at your own discretion):


    It's entertaining to pass the time, but if you have another novel more interesting read, you should read that instead of this. I highly recommend that if you are patient, wait to read the chapters of the manhwa; it is much more entertaining and satisfying than the novel.

      Right now I'm going through that arc and holy father blessed of glory... if it weren't for the fact that I am asking chatgpt to summarize these chapters as much as possible, I would probably have stopped reading for a few weeks. The filler conversations of the mc's 'friends', the midterms, the final exams, the events, the conversations of literally totally dispensable NPCs in the background that take more than seven paragraphs of completely useless comments; all of the above can easily cover between 10-15 COMPLETE chapters of pure, totally superfluous filler for the story. At least the author adds one or two touches of real plot development in those chapters, but if we compare it to the amount of mediocre filler in the chapters, it is comparatively heavier to digest.

    It was good until school arc but then it went to shit in between, but I think post-schooll part should be good. Btw the translation for like starting 100-150 chaps was really bad. Later it got better, though its still not on the level of good novels. Atleast there arent any frequent grammar mistakes

    Quite an interesting novel up to a certain arc (for me personally), this is the arc where mc enters the academy in the middle of the novel, but there is a terrible twist in the novel because of which I almost dropped the novel, but still the novel until that moment was tolerable and even interesting, but in the academy arc It’s as if the author was replaced or he decided to test a different genre, not only is the academy arc disgusting in itself, but the author managed to crap himself and make a clown out of mc, so he also reduced mc iq to half of what it was. I could not stand such blasphemy over the novel. Before the arc of vomiting academic life, I give the novel 5 stars, and then (since I absolutely do not understand why and why the author ruined mc so much) I give it -4, resulting in 1 star.This is not a review, and since I hate school arcs, especially when they literally change the entire genre to garbage with children, I am extremely saddened by this turn of events, and therefore burned out, for those who like snot and pointless restrictions, in the school arc, in the form hiding mc's power, and mc's compliance with the author's meaningless rules, then I advise you to read the novel. And yes, for those who have not comprehended the dao of MTL translation, it is better not to try to read the novel.
