Despite the sometimes poor translation, the story is definitely written in more detail in this novel than in Manhwa.
The most pleasing thing is how often chapters come out.

I'm not sure if it's the translation or if it's just written poorly, but it's confusing as hell to read. Conversions don't have quotation marks, so a full conversation can take place and it's unclear who is talking. There are also random words that I'm sure are just translated wrong, but they are so out of left field that you can't even guess what the intended word was. For example 'Demons come out of the oil world.' It's disappointing, I was hoping that this would be similar to Reaper of The Drifting Moon in terms of quality, sadly it is not.

Read the 50 chapters out so far. If you read mtl you can still enjoy this(the quality's not THAT bad). If you don't...*cough*the translation's aite (..sometimes).

While I'll probably not read the novel of this series, I can confidently say that the manhwa adaptation of it is showing a lot of promise.
