Basically be warned that this is some kind of furry powertrip fantasy novel.
I really dont mind that MC is a half-wolf with all that comes with, my issue is that author has to constantly remind you of said fact in every other paragraph that MC still is a half-wolf and his group is not a band of thieves or a group of friends, no, its a pack. Its just so silly how author forces his furry ideals on the story and trying to change common english into something its not. Not to mention that author also seems to forget characters and names and confuses them alot, there were instances where you see a character insert a thought or sentence that was not even with the group, and if you think logically you will know that it was that other one in the group who was supposed to say/do this.

Anyhow beginning of the story is actually interesting to read but it quickly becomes a bore where MC has to have all the females around him and suddenly the whole story is him against some evil god or something. I think more gradual reveal would have been better, as the way it is, is very rushed and plot progress does not really make much sense in logical terms.

Title is also very misleading as the S rank adventurer gf thing comes into play only around 200ish chapters before that you end up wondering what the story has to do with title

In any case its ok to read to pass time if above does not bother you, but do not expect a masterpiece as its clear that plot points are weird and author has a strange fetish of trying to write like a furry and invent new ways of making sure you understand furry point of view.

Another annoying thing is that author uses small amounts of timeskip to skip character progression with certain characters and from what I understand its because in his mind they should not have any meaningful interaction until everything is perfect in his world.
