      That's not possible. Something like this should be in his favor if he wanted to plan it all. But then again, maximum actions of him like trying to take Cassie's eyes or trying to kill her or Mordret or any taking over domain, and all the other stuffs wouldn't make sense at all.

      Although, it can start with Asterion's plan to killing the dark sea and undoing the seal. Both of them are of supreme/great rank afterall. That would be cool and also make sense at same time.

With all of that "never trust the gods" foreshadowing, there is no way we won't meet them in some way, especially considering that all of that tragedy is their fault in one way or the other. We haven't met all of the Nine too. And of course, there is no way Sunny won't pull couple more betrayals.
