    Alright, now that the VTB escaped from Sunny what's their plan for going forward?
    1. Try to evolve the spawn to at least be able to steal Asterion's fate
    2. Make the spawn mirror Cassie's or Asterion's aspect and engage him in mind battle
    3. Attempt apotheosis somehow

    Cassie would probably bag Asterion anyway, but they didn't know that so they still have to hatch some plan at least

    This whole battle with the VTB either severely compromised Sunny's preparations for the 5NM or made it stronger.

    He lost 3 out of 4 Sacred Shades. An Ascended Titan. A good number of his domain. A citadel that was meant to be a base for his subjugation of the Burned Forest which would make him stronger. The VTB is not his Shadow, and worst of all he took the Shadow Chair!

    In return he gets the Spell back along with true name. This will finally allow him to challenge the Nightmare and practice 6th step properly. Aspect legacy relic possibly from 5th step. And finally Spawn as a Shadow, which is pretty useful but needs to show more of what it can do to figure out where to direct it's usefulness.
