    Now I think this is how all the regions North of the Hollow Mountains be located geographically.

    Frozen Wastelands is West of Forgotten Shore.

    Nightmare Desert is East of Forgotten Shore.

    Burned Forest with bits of Earth there North of Forgotten Shore.

    There is literally SOOO much territory for the cohort and a bunch of others when they become Supreme to rule without any issues of clashing domains

      But possessions are tied to human souls and citadels, not territories as such. The domains of the current Saints must be highly original in order to avoid conflict with the Domain of Humanity.

        Not exactly. In the domain war it was shown that the armies did not just go for the citadels but conqered land step by step. So even though citadels are created by Spell to boost and fasten the spread of domains, the conquering/ruling land and spreading domains is not limited to it.
